By accessing our website, submitting an application, or enrolling in any program offered by Afresh Scholars, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with all applicable academic regulations.

Admission to specialized cohorts is granted on evaluation of applicant prerequisites and seat capacity. Afresh Scholars reserves the right to review applications and determine enrollment eligibility for all practical courses.

All instructional videos, live lecture recordings, project briefs, curriculum materials, software templates, and brand assets provided during the course are the intellectual property of Afresh Scholars or its respective licensors. You may not distribute, re-sell, or duplicate these materials without express written authorization.

Students are expected to adhere to high standards of academic and professional conduct. Plagiarism in portfolio projects, disruptive behavior in mentor sessions, or breach of cohort ethics will result in disciplinary action, including potential termination of enrollment without refund.

Tuition and certification examination fees must be paid in full or as per an approved installment plan prior to batch commencement. Refund requests are evaluated strictly under our institutional refund policy communicated at the time of admission.

Accredited certificates are awarded upon satisfactory completion of live projects, attendance thresholds, and partner assessments. Career placement assistance (including resume reviews and interview preparation) is provided diligently; however, final employment offers depend entirely upon individual candidate performance and hiring market criteria.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afresh Scholars, its mentors, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our educational services.

Afresh Scholars reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following revisions constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
